3-Step to Join NIVEA A Blue World

NIVEA Visage近期主推了脸部保养三步曲。“娇容绽放，只需三步”。作为07年的Trainee，我们也是三步走近NIVEA。“自信面对，三步开始”。

 

NIVEA Visage has been absorbed in the products of 3-step recently. Similarly, as the trainees in 2007, we put the NIVEA with 3-step into practice.

 

粉色的入职培训

PINK Orientation Training

这是我第二次来到上海，这一次我感觉一切由陌生变得熟悉而亲切。

为期两天的培训，显得有些仓促。紧凑的行程安排，让我们来不及消化如此多的知识，但至少让我们知道该做什么以及如何去做。这有利于我们更快速同时全方位的了解到公司整体状况，对自己的工作职责也有了模糊的框架性认识。

刚从校园走出来的我们，怀着满腔热情憧憬着新的工作。或许因为我们的加入，培训应该是激情的火红色，但我们还很稚嫩，还有很多东西需要学习，所以我们没有盲目激情，而是理性地对待培训，因此称之为粉色的入职培训。在培训中，我们这些Trainee培养了深厚的感情，给本显得枯燥的培训，添加了些许色彩和激情。粉色是温暖的颜色，我喜欢粉色！

我认识NIVEA是从粉水开始，走进NIVEA则是从粉色的入职培训开始！

 

When arriving in Shanghai again, I felt everything has turned familiar and kind.

It’s very difficult to digest this much information in two days. Orientation training seems short and somehow rushing，however it was good enough to inform us what to and how to do. This will provide us the advantage to realize the company's overall situation more rapidly and comprehensively, also understand the role of ourselves in general.

We just said farewell to the campus and are eager and longing for new career opportunities. Maybe the color of training should be the enthusiastic RED. However, we are inexperienced and there is still plenty to learn, so I think the color of the training should be Pink. This magic color has injected the element of warmth into our dull and boring training. It also appears to be mild and beloved.

Thanks to Gentle toner, you lead me to NIVEA. More thanks to NIVEA for giving us the Pink orientation training.

 

白色的销售会议

WHITE sales meeting

经过紧张的入职培训后，我们又赶赴青岛，参加每季度一次的全国销售会议。一下子见到这么多同事，有些激动，也有点无措。不过还好，白色的正装给我带了自信。

作为07年的Trainee，我们希望自己不仅是团结的整体，更是与众不同的团队，于是我们设计了特别的出场方式。“One Dream, One NIVEA!”，“NIVEA，Fighting!”，“Be The Winner, We make it!”，“Rock The future, NIVEA Times!”，“We’re NIVEA, We’re The One!”这五句响亮的口号让大家记住了我们07年Trainee的朝气与活力。

会议是严肃而认真的，所以将其定义为纯正的白色。而且我们这些Trainee是首次参加全国销售会议，一切对我们来说都是全新的。我们的职业生涯从NIVEA开始，我们每个人都是一张张白纸，我们将在NIVEA绘出精彩的人生图案！

 

After the orientation in Shanghai, we attended the quarterly sales meeting in Tsingtao. I felt excited and a little nervous to see so many colleagues. Luckily, the white suit gave me self-confidence.

As the trainee in 2007, all of us believe that we are a strong and special team, so we planned a special way of entry. “One Dream, One NIVEA!”，“NIVEA，Fighting!”，“Be The Winner, We make it!”，“Rock The future, NIVEA Times!”，“We’re NIVEA, We’re The One!” Our youthful spirit and passion impressed everyone in presence.

The meeting is solemn and earnest, so I define it as the white for purity. Everything is new for us, and this is our first time to attend sales conference nationwide. Our career starts from NIVIA, each of us is presented with a blank sheet, on which we'll paint our fantastic accomplishment in our life.

 

蓝色的企业文化

BLUE NIVEA culture

显而易见，NIVEA是一个蓝色的企业。我个人觉得，蓝色是代表“团队”的颜色， 而NIVEA也给我们Trainee提供了一片蓝色的平台。

青岛很美，但我们感受到的不仅仅是蓝色的天空、蓝色的海洋，更有蓝色的NIVEA！

系统化的培训，几百人的大型晨跑、聚餐等各项活动都让我们迅速融进了NIVEA蓝色的企业文化之中，让我们深深感觉到团队的凝聚力。

虽然时间不长，但蓝色的企业文化却深深烙印在每位Trainee心中。

 

It is obvious that NIVEA is a blue company. In my opinion, blue means “team”. The blue NIVEA provides us a blue platform to show ourselves.

The beauty of Tsingtao is not only the blue sky and the blue ocean, but also the blue NIVEA!

After systematic training, several hundred men's morning jogging, dining together and other activities have quickly dissolved us into the NIVEA corporate culture, and had also deeply felt the bond that comes from our team spirit.

Even during a short time, the blue NIVEA culture had sealed a deep impression to everyone

 

Visage“三步曲”只是基础护肤，如果想拥有更加完美的容颜，还需要更多的护理和保养。而于我，07年的一名Sales Trainee ，也会通过自己的努力，用实力证明自己，在NIVEA演绎精彩人生！

 

If you want to be more beautiful, you must put more efforts in taking care of your skin and countenance, “3-steps” are just the basic.

As for me, I’ll put my heart into everything to excel.

“Hard-working” is a word that I insist on, and I will stride with confident footsteps.
